I have an iphone 5S 64GB Japan's SOFTBANK (it was not in BLACKLIST). I tried using the unlocking chip (R-SIM), not worked. I found the UnlockBase website. I paid U$44.90 via PAYPAL on 23/02. Today, 27/02, they sent me an e-mail saying unlocked the iphone. I just connected the device (connected to the Wi-Fi) with the chip of my operator VIVO BRAZIL and it made an automatic update, already signal from the operator. Tests was ok.
